63 to 54

Enough said!

Almost.

Here's Representative Paul Ray blocking Lt. Governor Gary Herbert; Jami Palmer stands ready for the pass.

And the Veto Proof team.

Did I mention we won 63 - 54?

[UPDATE:] You can see the Governor's pictures here. Don't miss Mark Shurtleff's tattoo.

Try Thurl Bailey and a Referee of the same talent for his job as Helen Keller.

I apologize. Helen Keller would have been far more adept.

Why didn't Curtis play? And why didn't Alexander play center?

Excuse me, the executive referee was HORRIBLE! That kids was blantant about which side was signing his checks.

As to why the Speaker didn't play, well someone has to lead the team, just like someone has to lead on the political agenda.

Interesting to note the Governor didn't show. I heard he had some reservations about facing the combined fire power of the House and Senate.

I don't recognize too many legislators in that picture.

Looks like a bunch of interns and ringers...

What I find funny is that both refs were homers...it just took the executive guy a while to get in on the cheating.

Interesting that it took Bailey for the legislators to actually make any sort of offensive progress.

It was fun to watch, though!

Too bad that hardly any of the legislators played - while each and every person from the executive team played (from what I witnessed.)

Not to mention the flamable use of a former NBA star who aided in the executives defeat.

The Legislature should be (and rightly so) ashamed of having to "cheat" in order to win.

I thought this game was intended for FUN...no matter who would've won, the result would have been FUN.

But if you leave it to Jeff Alexander and his cronies - they will find a way to win, regardless of the intent.
