President of the Senate It appears we may have an acceptable framework for agreement on the budget, tax reform and tax cuts this year. The Governor, Speaker and I hope to outline the details at a press conference on Friday. UPDATE: The press conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. today in the Capitol Plaza.
