Supreme Court Ruling on HB 213

The Utah Supreme Court issued a decision today in the case of UPEA v. State of Utah.

This was not an easy decision; we sincerely appreciate the Court handling this matter expeditiously.

The court decision was a foregone conclusion because the legislature was within their rights to make that decision. However, any state employee who votes for a member of the majority party ought to have their brain examined.; 2/19/2006 11:11 PM
