NCLB - making adequate yearly progress?

Folks are studying up on NCLB’s pros and cons in preparation for a potential reauthorization of the act. To their credit, Utah's congressional delegation has asked the local experts for their perspective and recommendation.

Yesterday morning, Patti Harrington, Utah State Superintendent of Public Instruction, presented a list of options to the State Board of Education. They asked her to send the list to our congressional delegation, designating Option D as their preference.
