DJ said...: Anything the legislature can do to cut our taxes will be greatly appreciated. Too often individuals who benefit from tax revenues are able to rally and get measures through that AGAIN raise our taxes.

As a part of tax reform I would like to see legislation that makes tax increases from special elections more difficult. The legislature is the only place where budget issues can be put against each other and weighed appropriately...with the special election process we just get the largest interest groups getting more tax money.; 7/19/2006 8:40 AM
