Press Release?

LaVarr discussed sending press releases to bloggers in today’s UPD.

Are there any bloggers out there who want to receive press releases from the Utah Senate? For that matter, is there anyone out there at all who would like their own copy of those infrequent but golden expressions of literary magic?

Just drop us a line (or leave a comment).

Absolutely. It'd be something akin to an honor to add you to our blast-fax/E-mail list. Gives me a rush of endorphins to imagine our press releases might serve a purpose other than papering the bottom of Rebecca Walsh's bird cage.

But you have to answer a question first, A.W.: is that an artists rendition or an actual photograph?

More importantly, I need an E-mail address or fax number. Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see one on your blog. Same with you, U.C. If you want your address kept private just send it via E-mail.

I was about to thank you for your kind words, when I realized that a dishonor could be said to be "akin" to an honor, because they are both descended from a common root. So, now, I am not sure what to think! (Smile)

Actually, I am Rebecca's bird, and it is time to clean out my cage again. I just thought I would cut out the middle woman, if that's okay with you.

As for the incredibly handsome image you have beheld, yes it is an actual photograph of an artist's rendition of an actual photograph. Feast your eyes upon it, and count your many blessings.

I will send you an email containing my email address. Thank you very much for sending me your news releases. The thought of receiving them makes me feel something akin to being honored. You're doing a great job. Thanks!
