This just in: Senators Carlene Walker and St. Curtis Brambo achieved the Voice of Utah’s highest honor – the coveted Nice award. Representative Craig Frank also scored a Nice, as did the residents of Bluffdale, Utah. The Utah Senate got a fat lump of coal.
