Twenty days is long enough to make laws. We have enough laws as it is.
Give all of us a break limit the time to twenty days. Most business could be done on the internet and finalized in session. With the invent of the internet meetings should be very limited. Thank you Dwight J.

The reality is the Utah Legislature only meets for 33 days as they never meet on Saturdays and Sundays during the session.
A positive change we should make is to amend the constitution so the 45 days of our legislative session take place closer to election day. Utahns could do a lot better job remembering why they are voting for or against their representatives if the memories of the past session were fresher in their minds.
That is an interesting observation. Well done, Micah!
