Lots of nice Memorial Day videos out there. My wife and I liked this one because it speaks to responsibility and hope without denying the tragedy of war.
As I write this my kids are playing and laughing together and running past my desk in the living room. They are safe and free. And I am grateful.
I'm pretty sure that this video violates copyright law. To get the broadcast license for all of those images and audio would have been really expensive. I would hope that the law-making body of Utah would research that before sharing. I would like to think that was the case, but I'm pretty sure it was not what happened.

Wait a minute... The senatesite.com is married? To who?
Apologies. Please allow me to introduce my better half.

Somehow I missed Part of the Plan's Memorial Day Post until today. It's worth reading. Unvarnished patriotism from a man who lives it.
