Love the Constitution?

The Constitutional Revision Commission (CRC) scrutinizes the Utah State Constitution and makes recommendations on possible changes to the Governor and Legislature. They also advise the Governor and Legislature on proposed constitutional amendments.

And we need two citizens to step up and serve. Want to apply?

The Utah Code: curing insomnia since 1890. Here is the applicable section on the CRC.

The code may be dull at times, but the framers of our constitution sure weren't. If you've ever read the transcripts of the constitutional convention, those guys really knew how to turn a phrase. It's mesmerizing. Unfortunately, it shows how our vocabularies have deteriorated in the past century. True orators are few and far between these days.
