The fact that Sideshow Representative was just one in a parade of non-agenda items which left no time for public comment on new proposed legislation had me in stitches.

I'll probably still be laughing a year from November.

I'd like to see the money that would have gone to vouchers spent on giving other state employees a chance for a raise. While the UEA is good at grabbing there headlines, there are other employees who don't get a WPU increase every year. Others do contribute to the success of this state besides teachers.
