She said Yes!

This morning on the Senate floor before the business of the day started, Senator Hillyard's intern, Kaylyn Newhall, was proposed to by Benjamin Cummings.

She said "Yes!"

In another Valentine's event - at noon Senate President John Valentine officiated a wedding between 2 of Senate Minority Leader Mike Dmitrich's constituents.
