Tax season is upon us and important changes are on the horizon.
This year, like last year, Utahns will choose between the old graduated system with the option of taking deductions or a flat tax system without the option of deductions.
Confused? Don't worry. This is a transition year. Utah's newly reformed tax system will kick in a year from now, and Utah will switch to a flat (ish) tax with some deduction options.
