Shame on you for playing right wing politics with this judicial nomination. He is a good judge, and that should be what counts.
I agree with Andrew, that the gun lobby seemed to have far too much influence with this extremist legislative body.
Thank you senators for not confirming Judge Hilder, I have seen him destroy multiple lives with out even a care or an acknowledgement and with a complete disregard for Utah law. I was against Judge Hilder's confirmation and I didn't even know about the gun case, or care one way or the other.
I appreciate your willingness to do the right thing even if it wasn't politically correct.
