I'd suggest we hold off naming it, until it shows a little life in the belly.

Campaigns are big on 2.0 stuff. Really big.

Administrations and office holders, not so much.

Early last summer, I compared candidates' campaign sites to their "official" sites. While the former invited participation with lots of nifty interactive tools, the latter completely discouraged it with static content.

So, for now, other than the significant efforts of Ric Cantrell and a few other bright spots, I'd call Government 2.0 "a nice idea."

C'mon Papa Urquhart, haven't you and your wife ever dreamed of baby names long before they were properly viable institutions of your family? Faith. Hope. Yes we can. Whatever.

(Also - FYI - as the man who has been blogging the longest of any elected official in the NATION, Senator Urquhart IS the father of Gov2.0 in Utah, whether he admits it or not.)
