Krystle Whitney, the Intern in Exile (I'll explain later), had a conversation with Senator Allen Christensen about wolves, wolf management, and SB 36.

So what does devastating mean? Could we have some numbers? This guy does not have a clue what he is talking about. This guy would rather waste the people's time on pointless bills that are not even legal than tackle the real issues impacting our state.

We're not surprised that is your opinion, Marshall. Thanks for continuing to pay attention.

Well at least in this interview he seemed to rant a little less than claiming he was "top of the food chain". It would be nice to see a bill actually drafted that was for the greater good of Utah and Utahns than one that is drafted mearly for hunters and ranchers. This is only representing a partial community that inhabits Utah, why is it that our Senators only move when they have personal interest in a bill. Aren't they voted in for the people? Seems awfully suspicious to me.

Every time we mess with the eco system we find ourselves in trouble. The wolf is part of this eco system and helps to thin heards of the old and sick. It would be far cheaper to pay the rancher back for any stock lost to a wolf. Even Yellowstone pary figured out wolves were needed in the park. I would like to see some real studies that prove the comments, but also those that disprove. Nature has a way of taking care of itself.

If you are really stupid enough to beleive that the Wolfs are not a problem then do your research. Ask the people around Salmon Idaho, Libby Montana, Kalispel or Canada where we transfered them from what has now happened to ther Pets Livestock (Horses) maybe next Children. They are a preditors. They Kill to Kill not for food. Funny how people in California protected Cougars, now there are so many they are attacking people there. Even Killing some of them. Get a clue and let the real people do there jobs instead of what your simple minds believe or what some activist group brain washed you into believing.

Sure wolves are spooky and related to the latest fad, werewolf (sp) stories.

Dumb, dumb, and dumber. Bears are said to do much more damage. Aren't they spooky enough to merit this kind of attention.

Embarrassing to the State that this was even brought up.
